Obama Yoppari Saba" is a brand of mackerel cultivated in Obama City. Thanks to a feed mixed with sake lees made in Kyoto, the end of the "Saba Kaido" (mackerel road), the fish has no fishy smell when served in sashimi, and has a moderately tight texture and a slight sweetness.
